4x sci-fi fans, the future is ours. Masters of Orion is returning.

The return of this beloved franchise is enough for me to break Group Lurker status and post the good news, since I didn't see any mention of it (At least on the first page.)

Knowing that the 4x style of game is relatively niche, does anyone have any interesting AAR stories to tell regarding any of their 4x experiences?

sorta still on a crusader kings kick. likely will disappear in my rooif i ever get crusader kings 2 and all the expansions. other than that line took a long hiatus from 4X games.

Although if bedding your daughter-aunt to produce an heir for your grandfather-brother's future scion in order to betroth him to your granddaughter-wife-sister isn't really your thing, you may want to look elsewhere.

Seriously, though. CK2 is a real knockout. Arguably the masterpiece of Paradox's collection.
