Hello, newbie on this forum.

I was a big auto racing fan, at least I was when I was a kid. Formula 1.

The last time I paid attention, the drivers I watched were Jim Clark, Jackie Stewart, John Surtees, Brabham, Bandini, McLaren, Rindt, Icyx, Oliver, etc. I recently learned about Senna, though I have mixed feelings about his style of racing. I vaguely know that Schumacher won 7 F1 titles. Also, Louis Hamilton.

So i guess my question to you guys is...where do I go to get caught up?

I have my "fast" car...a '99 SHO, which I'm having "tweaked" a bit.

Any help in getting me caught up appreciated.

jayski.com hooks you up on latest NASCAR news. Competition Plus.com is an excellent online magazine covering drag racing - major props go to their photo "Geezer", Roger Richards.

www.hillclimb.org plugs you into the New England Hillclimb Series - my refuge from "reality" for the last 35 years.

racingjunk.com lets you know what's for sale - I saw a caged SVO shell on there a while ago!

Marque clubs are around for nearly everything - let google lead the way!
