1. My favorite grapes! Can't find them in northern Europe (sigh...)

For those of you who can get them, in Brazil I had a wonderful caipirinha made with concord grapes rather than limes. It was sensational!

I don't have a recipe, but I remember that whole grapes were crushed in the drink.

3. Nice. It's getting to be that time of year for grapes to start ripening, turn into that shade of...

color for eventually making into wine. But, it is a race between the birds and me, who, as the grapes ripen more and more, and get more and more sweeter, the grapes become a 'must have' by the birds. Have to then watch out for the purple doo doo all over the yard.
