Why was Bosnia-Herzegovina's goal disallowed?

Was there any explanation for not allowing it, but not calling a foul on Nigeria just before they scored?

... and I have no idea why that foul wasn't called.

Terrible call; it wasn't even close. The Nigerian goal should probably have been struck off as well, though that wasn't a 100%

Real tough luck for Bosnia. I kept willing them to equalise, but it didn't help, sadly.
