I'm surprised Panama is not leading 0-1. Excellent chance in extra time but the shot went just wide. 2 feet to the right and no way Guzan gets it.

And Martinique defeats Nicaragua 2-0 to top the group after 1 match. Hopefully the US gets their act together for the next two matches.
