1. And Spurs destroyed Everton today

I only tuned in to City - Palace at halftime as I assumed it was as much of a foregone conclusion as it's possible to get in the league this year, but what a happy surprise.

Chelsea lost as well, but with Spurs' 6-2 victory today they're only 2 points behind City and 6 points off first place!

Oh frabjous day! We might yet have a genuine title race.

2. I did not expect Everton

To ship 6 goals but was hoping they'd lose.

As a Liverpool fan I'm conflicted when it comes to Everton and Manchestet United as to which I dislike more...

Top of the table though and Newcastle next.
