I think I will lurk here at bit

before I join.

Seems that most discussion is about European Fussball. I currently live in Munich and one of the local clubs won the Bundesliga for the 10th time in a row. which is ridiculous. There is some discussion on how to keep one team from being so dominant. Bayern has about a 100 million dollar revenue edge over the second place team.

But I live just down the street from TSV Grosshadern. They play in a Birzirk division. (district) Our boys had a rough outing on Tuesday. Took the early lead then let in 6 unanswered. Ouch.

My former team in the US finally won their first match, the Earthquakes.

This summer, the family is heading to London to watch a couple the Women's Euro championship matches. That will be fun. The fans aren't as nasty and the cost is significantly lower than the men's side.

Football is football. The German game doesn't get a lot of attention because I think there's little real understanding of the Bundesliga.

Hopefully you'll change that.

With German football. Since Bayern won its tenth league title in a row. Their budget is more than 100 million more than Dortman's their nearest competitor.
They are trying to find a solution to the issue as Champions League teams are pulling ahead in all country leagues.
