Has anyone been to Krakow, Poland? Any recommendations?

I'll be there for 9 days in June. Want to make sure I don't miss anything really important. Any recs you have, regarding restaurants and places to visit, are much appreciated.

1. It's been several years since I was there

There's lots of Holocaust memorial type things to see. Of course, Schindler's factory is there which is worth seeing. The thing I remember most was it was quite beautiful and the people there were very pleasant.

It's at the tail end of a business trip, and I'll have 9 full days of leisure there. I don't want to miss a single sight.

3. Yeah I was going to head over to Poland this year too originally

Decided to cancel it for this year.

It's still on the list though.
