Took me 3 1/2 hours to fill out my Russian visa application online.

They now have more information on me than the FBI!

I’m not sure if it was similarly complicated, but I didn’t have to provide them with all that much info IIRC.

ex-husband's birthday. I've been divorced 48 years and had to go look it up. Questions about past employers and education. Asked for parents' full names. Most time consuming for me was listing all civic, professional, and charity organizations I belong to and every country I've been to and the dates for last decade.
