Almost Everyone Agrees: American Airlines' New Conditions of Carriage Are Bad for Consumers

During these days of flight cancellations, delays, it boggles the mind that American has changed their policy. Hmmmmm...okay, we all know why.

They never ever found them and they had 90% of what she wore on a daily basis and all her "good clothes". Now we will go to even greater lengths to avoid flying with them.
