Going to be renting my first Airbnb in a few weeks.

1. I have rented a lot of them

Never ran into that! I was always concerned about indoor cameras, though. They will tell you they only have a Ring camera outside, but it's hard to know. Also, if you like ice, check the freezer as soon as you get there, since more often than not, I found no ice at all. Also check hot water. Don't know where you are or how you feel about fresh air, but an amazing number of them have windows that cannot be opened--I finally started asking about that before renting.
