Representative Trent Franks, Arizona's abortion obsessed Congressman, got a failing grade from an atheist coalition for, basically, draping himself and his political office with a robe of Christianity and proposing legislation based on his religious views.
As one would figure, that wouldn't go over well with the Secular Coalition for America, which serves as the "national lobby for atheists, agnostics, humanists, freethinkers, and other non theistic Americans."
The Coalition released Voter Guides and Congressional Report Cards, and Franks -- the only Arizona lawmaker on the list so far -- got F's across the board. But its unlikely to affect Franks' political world much, given that this right-winger is firmly entrenched in Arizona's 8th Congressional District.
He running against Stephen Dolgos, an Americans Elect candidate who also ran for Congress in 2012.
