Rev. Gretta Vosper's atheistic claims don't hold up about fellow clergy

Rev. Gretta Vosper, the headline-producing atheist clergywoman from Toronto, recently repeated her claim to journalists that more than half of her clergy colleagues in the United Church of Canada don’t believe in God.

“It would be at least upwards of 50% of the clergy in the United Church who don’t believe in a theistic, supernatural, God,” Vosper said on March 26 on CBC’s The National.

It turns out Vosper is wrong.

By as much as 45 percentage points.
