VP Joe Biden Calls Trump's Alleged Behavior a 'Cardinal Sin'

snip-------------------

Biden went on to explain his work in combating sexual assault over his career and why he is so passionate about Trump’s comments, which he made without, apparently, knowing he was being recorded.

“My dad used to say the greatest sin of all is abuse of power, and the cardinal sin of all is a man raising his hand or taking advantage of a woman,” Biden said. “And here’s a guy who says, ‘I’m a star … so I can go in, intimidate women into allowing me to assault them and assume they’re not going to say anything.’ That is the ultimate abuse of power, and I don’t understand how anyone can remotely justify that.”

considers abortion, or the support of keeping it legal, to be a cardinal sin as well.

We can all agree Drumpf is a Grade A shitbag. We don't need any religion to tell us that.

why don't you go there and post your question, since you would have actual members of the Religious Right to talk to there? That was the point of that website - to have a place where the left and right can interact.

You're admitting you don't want anyone to actually answer your 'question', either by you actually asking the religious right about it, or by discussing what we on the left think those on the right are like, as happened in the other thread. But you just goof around, and use your meme to derail your own thread, now.

You're making your own threads toxic. No one's going to reply to threads that might have an OP worth responding to, like this one was, if you're going to piss around and do a Bart Simpson impression in return.

Aren't there other websites where personal insults are encouraged rather than discouraged?

You seem to have a preference for those other websites. You are certainly free to post at them, but why drag that garbage and filth here to DU?

And I'm not 'stalking you' by replying to you (in a thread you started, what's more) on DU, talking about your posts (specifically, a post you made in another thread, and then inserted here for no good reason). Replying to you is 'discussion', not stalking.

Trotsky called out Stone Space.

Stone Space was quoting Joe Biden, a longtime champion for women's rights. And Stone Space wrote this OP to support women's rights.

Stone Space did not insult anyone.

Could you do me a favor?

Could you please explain what you think the phrase "call out" means, and then point out exactly how my post "called out" stone space?

And then, if you wouldn't mind, please explain how saying to someone "Let me see if I can put this in a way that you might understand." followed by posting a silly homemade meme is a respectful form of discourse.

Thanks so much!

If my count is correct, you are requesting 4 detailed posts.

Is it safe to assume that you would then be responding to each of those 4 posts, and that each of your responses would include demands for more precise explanations in a series of posts?

(the topic of the OP, especially since this is the Religion forum, so it's the religious part of what Biden said we should concentrate on). stone space then responded with a off-topic quote of himself from another thread. trotsky pointed out his posts had been a waste of everyone's time in that thread, and then came stone space's "in a way that you might understand" remark, which was mildly rude.

trotsky did not call out anyone. stone space did not call out anyone, though he was a little bit rude.

On edit: ah, I'd forgotten that stone space later called trotsky 'nasty', and trotsky termed that "calling out". While I might quibble whether that fits the exact definition of "calling out", it's certainly insulting, wouldn't you agree?
