The religious form of the argument certainly doesn't sell me, but it still is good to hear.

On the negative side, I think this video is a good example of why the tax-free status of churches has to go. This preaching is clearly an endorsement of Obama, just as much as when the pulpits of the religious right are used to endorse Republicans with a wink and a nod (if they even bother trying to dance around direct endorsement).

Since that tax-free status isn't going away anytime soon, however, it's just as well with me that the religious left does what it can for creating a little balance.
