such circumstance cannot be monetized sufficiently, christians
true to their human nature, have abandon all hope for non-christians
mankind to ensure that their righteous god given right of

I hope you don't mind me asking this, but in light of your DU name and the fact that you post a lot of old comics, I was just wondering if you were in fact a cartoonist?

My brother and I used to collect comic books when we were younger (mostly Marvel and DC), and I've always been a fan of Peanuts, Doonesbury, Bloom County, The Far Side, Calvin & Hobbes, etc. I also love the work done by KAL, Pat Oliphant, and Jules Feiffer.

Wishing you well and peace.

I had a small success as a political cartoonist. I even had my work shown in a San Francisco gallery in a group show that included Pat Oliphant. I was hoping to rub elbows with him but he didn't attend the opening.

I failed to connect with any media that would pay me for my work. Not currently working.

I imagine that it would be a hard field to get into, no matter how talented you are.

Granted, I haven't seen any of your artwork, but I always enjoy your clever/articulate posts, so I suspect that I would also be a fan of your cartoons.

In any event, the fact that you had your work shown in a gallery, is very impressive

Thank you again - wishing you well and peace.

Tim
