(1,437 posts)we have the CCLA (Canadian Civil Liberties Association)and some atheist groups doing things, but there isn't also a clear a line as "seperation of church and state" as you guys have down there. Which kinda sucks but there really isn't much of a problem with gov't/religious stuff. They'll put up xmas trees and decorations and other things but nobody seems to care too much. They haven't been handing out bibles in public schools fand shit, and there was a big fight against the Gideons in Ontario for handing out bibles to elementary school students, but I don't hear too much of it. I don't really look for it in the news or fuck all either, but ya, I think the FFRF is a good thing you guys got going down there. I'll admit sometimes they should pick their battles a little better, but in the end your constitution trumps it all, and they end up winning.
