Card of the Day: The Emperor
A powerful and commanding figure sits upon a throne which is decorated with ram's (symbol of Mars) heads on the arms and back, with another ram's head over his left shoulder. The scepter he holds in his right hand is fashioned after the Egyptian ankh, the symbol of life, and holds a globe in his left hand as if to symbolize dominion over life and property. He wears armor under his robes as if he is ready to enforce his rule with force at a moments' notice. The mountains behind him are stark and bare.
