Today (September 5 2021) transiting Saturn is less than 1° from an exact opposition to his progressed Pluto heading for the exactness on September 29. It can be considered to be exact now.

He's a late Scorpio sun sign, Pluto and Saturn interaction is usually a big picture sort of thing so whatever it is, he will bear the blame for the darker elements of it but there is a justice in it underlying everything, though maybe somewhat distasteful in the public eye. It's a Scorpio thing but it also indicates a possible rebirth after the death mode. So some bad thing may occur yet a rebirth follows for good or ill. I think having the two Scorps in the WH is exactly what we need to lead us from these dark times. I'm anticipating things looking brighter by the early part of next year and that mode starting late this year when all those outer planets go direct.
That's what comes to mind in the immediate interpretation that I can see.
