Using the term "Final Solution" in relation to tRump's motives/actions

Had a real visceral reaction to the use of this term in a GD thread, wondering if others feel it is also grossly insensitive?

Final Solution does sound so horrifically and historically specific.

2. It is a bad term

(although I admit having used it myself). But this Republican controlled government does hearken back to a certain previous era.

4. it used to be an instant hide when we had mods

Eta the guy actually is comparing people who pollute to nazis. As if polluting a river is the same as rounding up people and killing them in a gas chamber. (post 48, I just alerted) eta2 vote was 0-7.

This is exactly why we need some top level authority like a mod or two.
