"Fuck Jews" can be interpreted as criticism of Israel

The public prosecutor's charge of rapper Kaveh for calling "fucking Jews" from a scene during a concert in Oslo last summer. The review was appealed, but now the Attorney General Tor Aksel Busch has rejected the appeal on the grounds that "fucking Jews" can be understood as Israel's criticism.

The exclamation thus becomes consistent free for the rapper.

More startling than the actual dismissal is the Prosecutor General's justification for it:

An antisemitic expression is thus whitewashed as political criticism by Norway's supreme prosecuting authority.

1. You can't really be surprised?

This isn't the first time such bullshit has come from Europe, especially the Scandinavian countries. Last year (?), Germany declared fire-bombing a synagogue as "protesting Israel" (still illegal), but not "an anti-Semitic act." Seems to me, these actions are almost always by shitstains who whine like deranged, lobotomized mice about "Jews conflating criticism of Israel with anti-Semitism" yet, that is exactly what they do! Much like, though a bit different, are those who criticizes supporters of Israel with anti-Semitic BS, then boo-hoo they were "only criticizing Israel".
