I have a lot of respect for the volcano but I am not so sure about the guys playing with it.

and a few stupid human tricks, like trying to walk up to an active lava flow without protective equipment.
As of last night, they were calling this a minor eruption and cautioning that Bardarbunga could still blow at any time.
ETA: try watching the live cam at http://www.livefromiceland.is/webcams/bardarbunga-2/ after sunset, their time. It's been spectacular!
