NOAA ROV dives are being streamed live from now to Mar 29. Location is Remote Pacific Marine Protected Areas. They typically deploy around 1-2pm EST, and work till around 9-10 pm EST. (This might be slightly different today because they're starting a new site, and I dont know the time difference. Check the website)
I usually have a window open on my monitor to follow them at work.
In late February, I followed a dive off the American Samoa to explore undersea mounds. It was exhilarating! They found at least one new species at every dive. The deepest dive was over 2 miles so we're talking deep ocean surface exploration where it's always dark. Very cool stuff.

There are 3 live feed cameras.
http://oceanexplorer.noaa.gov/okeanos/media/exstream/exstream.html
Camera 1 is the main camera.
Camera 2 is located to another ROV that is tethered to the main ROV that provides a wider field of view.
Camera 3 has diff. windows for sensor readings, topography maps and other stuff. But when they use the remote arm to grab a sample, I turn on Camera 3 because there are other onboard cameras that give neat views of how the arm grabs samples and stows it away in boxes for biological or geological samples.
You can also view it live on YouTube ... look for the Ocean Explorer youtube channel. I prefer the site because the default window is slightly bigger.
Their facebook page provides updates.
