Slow motion cesium in water explosion.
In most videos on the internet where cesium is dropped in the water, the color of the reaction is obscured by steam and one can't really get a feel for the color of the reaction.
In this video, the cesium has been cooled to -116C before it is dropped into the water.

One can find lots of cesium/water explosions on the internet, but this is definitely one of the, ahem, coolest.
I think about this amazing metal quite a bit, especially for hybrid hydrogen cycles for the thermochemical splitting of water.
An early patent on this idea was issued in 1975 but went nowhere, probably because of materials science issues and inability to prevent recombination:

I think there are potential solutions for this, and I'm sure someone else will think of them, especially since these kinds of systems are easily coupled to capture carbon dioxide as well as to generate oxygen and hydrogen.
