Oswalt's hilarious routine outlines why I find the song ridiculous and horrible. Even when I was a christian I hated that song and didn't understand why people found it so wonderful. "God" gives/allows a family to have a horrible life to teach some cranky guy a lesson? That's a loving god right there.
