guy was tasteless and disrespectful but it should not in any way be illegal if he did not damage the lawn ornament

We always had the right to be offended, it is just idiocy that anyone thinks they have a right to not be offended, to criminalize those things that offend them.

the whole war on xmas stuff - so pissed at the anti-xtian "Happy Holidays" greetings during the pagan holiday that was appropriated to propagandize the former pagans...

Like "Nazi to Jew" is just the same as "Jesus statue to fake blow job".


But I say, put a Nazi flag over a Star of David, or a pig's head on a Mosque's steps. It's tacky, but if no property is destroyed and no one is hurt, then go for it! Oh the religious will be offended, but then, aren't they offended all the time.... by someone or other?
