where the sexual energy is channeled upward into higher chakras or bliss is attained by focusing on a mantra or on one's breathing. In many of these traditions, sexuality is seen as hampering spiritual progress. As long as people don't force their beliefs on others, I support them.

Many of the people who follow these Eastern practices can't keep away from sex including the leaders. Some adhere to these principles and are happy and holy. All the power to them.
