On dearie dear.

I wanted to like the royal wedding so much.

Listening to the preacher.

"God's" love is not unconditional. It depends on unconditional belief in "his" "son.". Whom "he" tortured and murdered. Also, the "son" invented Hell.

(I don't believe in any of this except as mythology, so I am using quotes a lot.)

And I have heard bad things about her charity, World Vision, through Kiva. I used to put a lot of money into Kiva through the A&A group, until I became disenchanted with Kiva as well. I wish better than I have heard for both of them.

We really need to recognize mythology as mythology. It can be useful. And it is true as literature and guidance. It's just not true as fact, any more than any work of fiction is.

I don't generally push myself, but this really bugs me.

I really wanted to, and did, and do, like it.

Much like people get what they want out of fiction or philosophy. There are pieces of the Bible that even I like.
