1. Think of what shutdowns do to the mega MAGA preachers. Any given Sunday they know

they have followers that are about to die. It's one last chance to fleece them. New members just starting to be brainwashed that they can't afford to miss a session. One Sunday shutdown costs them a lot of money. Then all through the church perverts are getting started grooming the little ones. That's also a process they don't like to see interrupted. Shutdowns are devastating to those churches.

3. It's not just the megachurches

But the smaller churches that got mission drift and rented out their facilities to outside groups.

AND would not file 990-T for UBIT ((I call it URBIT)).
