(47,245 posts)2. And like the "Bermuda Triangle," the fact that weckage actually IS found sometimes gets ignored.
Not to mention radio distress calls, people rescued, etc.
Charles Berlitz was notorious for twisting facts out of wack on the "Bermuda Triangle" and in a couple cases, simply making up ships and planes out of whole cloth.
PBS' "Nova" demolished that stupid legend of the "Bermuda Triangle."
