Mesmerizing, weird lightning storm (Florida, May 2020)

It's like a strobe light and it doesn't seem to move.

From the video's description:

"These are some video clips that my Dad and I took of one of the weirdest and most beautiful storms I've ever seen (Thursday, May 21st, 2020) ; it seemed to hover over my family and I's house in Florida (Flagler) for like an hour. There are some slo-mo clips in there, mostly in the latter half of the video!"

Happens a lot there on hot humid days lights up the skies but rarely reaches the ground
