I look at that page often but I don't go looking for names of storms, probably should.

I don't frequently look at the Central and Eastern Pacific parts of nhc.gov, so I often miss the early news of Pacific storms.

but I usually focus on the NW and Rockies where I am. But for that, you have to look at the whole Pacific.
