Related: About this forumSmoky as hell again today in Boulder County.
It's also 91 F with a hot, dry wind. I had to pick up some mulch today and couldn't even see the mountains from Louisville. The 40- minute outing gave me an instant headache. I guess the smoke is coming from the Cameron fire. The air quality is terrible.

(16,939 posts)He mentioned that this is what he would imagine during some sort of apocalypse. The sky is, indeed, a sickly yellowish hue and flurries of ash. It is 88 F at 6:30. I sure do hope we get that cold front on Tuesday.

(113,599 posts)walk the trails with my pup. I felt guilty about her, so we cut it short. I'm now using a standing HEPA filter unit in my home as it has smelled like smoke with even a window or two cracked overnight. My cell phone has gone off all day with evacuation alerts for western Larimer County. sigh....
If we do get snow on Tuesday, I sure as hell hope it helps with the Cameron Peak fire.
