Not all that impressive to the folks up in Buffalo, but for Texas, that's a LOT of snow.

im sure they are not equipped to handle that. Its doubtful cities would invest in snow plough when the yearly total adds up to 2 "..
I guess they are going to have to wait for the thawing..
