Sun is out now so it will warm up considerably, but first major storm coming in Thursday (probably only snow dump in the mountains).

Always a challenge to dress appropriately because we get hot on a 4 miles hilly walk to and from the dog park, but on mornings like this I doff my cap to Aaron Feuerstein for creating fleece (polartech polar fleece--Malden Mills)

2. It was 49 degrees F. here in the southern Appalachians

at 7:00 AM. It has now climbed to 66 degrees. Beautiful, clear, sunshiny day.

8. went thru cutbank once on the empire builder train out of chicago.

stopped at glacier np and had fun there . i can see why by the terrain it is called cut bank.
