on Mount Washington today (Friday), where the wind chill dropped as low as -109.

Worst weather on our planet right now has to be on the top of Mt. Washington in New Hampshire. -42° with 120 mph winds and a -101° wind chill!!!! Mount Washington Observatory https://www.facebook.com/MWObs

Admittedly that is an... interesting and specific... measurement scale.

Also has the highest surface wind speed measured on earth outside of tropical cyclones.
