along with Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands and Northern Mariana Islands
for the dead from the 2020 Pandemic, otherwise they'll be forgotten someday soon ...
We are all either witnesses, or casualties so let's honor them 
and not let this fade away... it will be the midst of Winter before the final reckoning is tallied, sadly, and it will not be pretty, but by then we may be able to rise again
