Tornado close to home

Tornado hit about 3 miles from my house this afternoon. No injuries that I know of, but lots of houses damaged. It's a pretty rural area.

It's storming again and we're still under a watch. Everybody stay safe tonight.

I know how scary it can be, especially at night. Do you have a weather radio or alerts on your mobile? I know those things can keep you awake all night but that's what they're there for.

I have had three very close calls in my lifetime. You haven't truly lived until you've seen cinderblocks and bricks flying through the air in circular motion.

Please let us know how you are in the morning.
