I sent it to my GF, an amazing person who is extremely stressed out right now and is to the point of exhaustion most days. She consumes way too much sugar and caffeine to cope. We are both trying to find ways to reduce stress, me more so than her mainly because I am partially retired and she has a high-stress job with 60+ hour weeks. My tactic has been to avoid sugar and alcohol, and it is working! This has lead to a marked improvement in my arthritis and weight which is very much helping me to further feel less stressed.

I keep trying to convince my GF that she needs to focus more on her own needs rather than taking care of everyone else. I am really worried about her, and about our relationship.
