I wonder how much of this increase can be linked to Sturgis bumble fucks. I think that event started early August. The chart then spikes, as seen from the chart that accompanies the article in the Sioux Falls newspaper.

State Fair as well as several local Festivals. Several mega Weddings in and around the Watertown area. Casino on the Nodak/Sodak Border is wide open,and it attracts massive crowds on weekends from Minnesota.

Schools are wide open,zero precautions. As our Niece said Sunday,what masks,none to be seen anywhere.
