This is nirvana! Delicate, colourful lanterns adorn Seoul's streets for Buddha Jayanti

Buddha once said, "Three things can't be hidden: the sun, the moon and the truth." And when there's light, there is truth. This universal fact is not forgotten by Buddhists in South Korea, who have adorned the country's capital with beautiful lanterns that ebb and flow as the wind blows. Seoul's streets will stand lit by delicately crafted bobs of light until it's Buddha's birthday, on May 3. After all, many South Koreans are influenced by the traditions of Korean Buddhism, even if they don't belong to the Buddhist faith. We only hope that this light will spread into the hearts of those who need it the most.
