I ran across this as interesting video by Sam Harris speaking at an atheist conference where he, in my opinion, lays out the Buddhist path and mindset very well in non-religious, non-Buddhist terms. I just thought it was interesting and some of you might enjoy it. The part where he starts discussing mediation and Buddhism starts at 23:22.
