Loose Oolong has similar antioxident capacity

With less tannins. Interesting thing is oolong has different antioxidents that have similar to near equal capacity. I've been brewing loos oolong ontop of yerba mate in a hybrid brew. The Mate can sit longer but I brew the oolong for between three and four minutes and strain it, I set timer to three. I mix that oolong to already brewing Yerba Mate. I use two quart jars and brew about 5 pints at once. I bottle it sweet with sugar after drinking a couple of cups.
