Hello. I need help with translating this Japanese writing to english.

I rec'd this from my brother who had another panel but not the room to hang this one.

Please if someone could translate the text, I would be grateful.

Don't know what the left-hand column says. It might be the painter's signature.

The Japanese writing says "spring of mountain and village" The writing on the left side is probably someone's name, but I can't really read it.


It tallies with what others have posted above.
