1. I've always been a Debbie Gibson fan

Since I was about 14 (and that was a long time ago). I haven't followed her music or career as much over the last 15 years, but have seen interviews. She's about eight months older than I am. I had a HUGE crush on her growing up.

In 1997, I was in the studio audience of a local show that was giving away passes for a after show party when she was doing Grease in Portland. I happened to win one of the set of passes. I got to meet her and have a picture taken with her. She put her arm around me and I practically melted. Then she went out on to the dance floor and I was dancing next to the group she was in.
