It is a specialized pigskin with a lot of ingredients such as pork, potatoes, carrots, burdocks, onions.

It comes with a small spice packet you sprinkle on top. Tastes best on an especially cold day and really invigorates you.
Since I really don't care for seafood stuff that much this variety of miso soup made with pork is my fav.
