There are tons of anime series I can think of with a variety of good OPs. Fairy tail has several as does bleach and Inu Yasha. One more offbeat anime with a better OP than many of those on the watch mojo list is from "When they Cry"

I could probably go on all day listing them. There are also anime movies with good opening like Origin: spirits of the Past had a great opening:

Then there are videogames with anime openings. Being a gigantic "Tales of" series fan I think they have several openings that blow most of that top 10 list away:
