1. RNC may throw some money towards Rmoney to see

if they can turn the tide in the next couple of weeks, but after that, if no improvement shows, all their money will go to trying to keep the House and not lose many Senate races. In other words, shape up, or under the bus you go Rmoney,

2. Tweety is right on target. As one of the white people he references I get it.

The GOP has become dirt bag racist with a toned down racial superiority message. Because you say that you like Herman Cain or Alan West does not excuse you. My prediction Obama will win and the knuckle dragger's become really enraged. I am sick to death racist Republicans especially when they claim they are not racist.

6. As one of the few moderate Republicans left on Earth Michael Steel does not seem to get it.

You do not drive a car you do not vote and you still have to access the DMV which I despise. My daughter thought the photo ID was not that hard until she got her passport last month and learned it is not that easy. It is very easy to manipulate how you get that photo ID. There should be universal outrage.

8. What? He said that black people DO get it. That was the point.

He asked in a rhetorical fashion. He stated that it was pretty obvious to the people that know it from decades of it, but he's calling out the white people to acknowledge it. You'll want to listen to it again. He wasn't asking if you got it, he was saying it rhetorically.

5. Sleaziest GOP tactice in history
Fri Sep 21, 2012, 11:26 AM

I had an argument with someone the other day about this. "Who doesn't have a drivers license," he asked.
Well, my mother is 86 and never driven a car in her life. My son lives in Boston and has no need to own a car. And folks like them are not even a peripheral target of this.
What used to be the party of Lincoln is appealing to raw racism to drive the first black president in history out of office.
They are shameless.
We can only hope a majority of people see this for what it is. The president should bring it up at the first debate, even if the question is never asked.

7. Wow, Matthews!! Shocking to seem someone in the MSM actually call this out.

The republicans have been able to get away with this shit because no one in the MSM ever called them out and said exactly what it is: Race based voter suppression. Yes, Rachel Maddow and Olberman and Ed, etc, talk about it, but it's been dismissed by the other media as typical liberal whining.

But I realize how stunning this is to have Chris Matthews on Hardball calling out the racism. I'm blown away. Good for him. Expose it, and bring it to light.

11. What has gotten into Chris Matthews lately? I like it

I like people who call it plainly & quit the euphemistic talk.
Call it what it is.

This voting block Mitt Romney depends on are the SAME block of people who are STILL salty about the Civil War & Civil Rights.
They're STILL mad about 1865 & 1964.
That block once called themselves Democrats then changed themselves to Republicans.
But that label doesn't matter.

Who that block is: The White Supremacists. The White Racists. The White Bigots.
They believe that Blacks (& those they see on the same level of Blacks) are inferior & don't deserve any power in the country.
They are not comfortable with Blacks unless Blacks are underfoot & subservient to them.

They are annoyed at other Whites who have rejected this mentality & help the Blacks gain equality.
They are resentful at all the changes in society that have come about by more & more Whites removing the obstacles to equality.
And they want to roll the clock back.
That's what "take our country back" means.

When they are defeated this November, they will get even crazier, maybe more dangerous, maybe more treasonous but it will be proven in the outcome of this election that their numbers are waning.
They won't be able to win national elections with that mentality ever again.
They will either adapt to the changing society & modify those erroneous beliefs...
...or they will die after they take those stupid beliefs to their graves.

One way or another, there will be less & less havens for that White Supremacist mentality in the coming decades.
Racism WILL die in this country one day. Prejudice won't but the disenfranchising effects that come from that prejudice WILL.
Racism isn't just the personal attitudes, it's the power to enforce those attitudes on the attitude's targets & deprive that target from escaping that enforcement.

This election is probably one of the most important elections in years.
2012 IS the end of the world...for some very ignorant people.
