People want change.

Hillary represents things will largely continue as they are. She'll tweak Obamacare, tweak bank reform, won't be able to pass anything on guns, etc but most of her efforts will fail under gridlock.

People will hold their nose and say "we might as well give the racist narcissist a chance ... at least he can't be as easily bought"

All of the polls have Clinton over Trump in a head-to-head, and I'd follow along with the wisdom of the crowds.

It'd be a very low turn-out election, I believe.

Shouldn't a democratic candidate inspire more confidence in her base? That's one reason why Trump may pull it out.

And it works on far more people than it would in a nation not supersaturated with absolute garbage media in the first place.

I think Bernie would be much better at countering Trump than Hillary simply because there are so many things Hillary can't talk about with any authority at all.

This still from the video below is what your audience will look like if you seriously try to counter a Gish Gallop, it's frustrating as all hell.

some republican candidates have to carry water for trump just in case republican party can't 'knock trump out of their primary in time. You know, republicans ron paul primary tactic.

Get those baggers-voters to the Rprimary and make them vote for second choice

This is simply impossible for Trump. That's why all the top GOP people secretly want Rubio to win and it's also why Rubio still wins the betting markets even though he's so far behind.

The Republicans will be so done if Trump wins.

Anyone who thinks Trump will cater to the minions he has in a fervor and not his 1% cronies is as blind as the nut cases at his rallies.
I would prefer to see Bernie take on and beat Trump, a good possibility if Hispanics, women, and millennials get out and vote, and I think Hillary has the same chance with the given the same circumstances. The bigger problem is that Democrats work from the top down; concentrating on the Presidential candidate and ignoring the local and state offices that, in reality, support the President.

This is what is scary. Many RWNJ's identify with Trump, he has the energy and caters to their fears, Hillary has the energy of basically nobody. Trump is seen as an outsider, Hillary is seen as an insider. The right hates Hillary and her nomination would ensure every damn Republican would show up to vote against her. "Payback for Benghazi" would be a huge driving factor and anybody who thinks otherwise is absolutely clueless and has been in coma the last few years.

I kind of have a feeling that a Repub will win regardless of who the DEM nominee is. I hope I am wrong, but after 8 years of having a D in the White House I just think voters may vote for an R simply because they are not a D. Voters are weird and strange things can happen.

^snip^

I've seen it happen time after time. When the Democratic candidate allows himself to be put on the defensive and starts apologizing for the New Deal and the fair Deal, and says he really doesn't believe in them, he is sure to lose. The people don't want a phony Democrat. If it's a choice between a genuine Republican, and a Republican in Democratic clothing, the people will choose the genuine article, every time; that is, they will take a Republican before they will a phony Democrat, and I don't want any phony Democratic candidates in this campaign.

And we all know Hillary loves herself some Truman....

Millennials are not voting for Clinton. Every far right Repub in this country will go to the polls to vote AGAINST a Clinton. They are LOATHED and DETESTED with a visceral, burning hatred by the Repubs.

Many, many, many Bernie supporters are NOT voting for a FAR RIGHT of Center lying so-called "Democratic" candidate who voted for the IWR, created ISIS, destroyed Syria and Libya and is Currently under FBI INVESTIGATIONS. One who supports GMO, MONSANTO, FRACKING, WALL ST. CORRUPTION, corporate tax loopholes, PRISONS FOR PROFIT, endless wars, TPP, XL PIPELINE and will do ANYTHING to win an election....lie, cheat, steal and hire David Brock.

No doubt about it - TRUMP WINS in a landslide.

Vote Bernie.

PEACE
LOVE
