At what point is Joe Biden drafted into the race?

If Hillary collapses, at what point is Joe Biden brought in?

He would be seen as illegitimate and he isn't stupid. He has a bright future as a leader of our party and he knows it.

He will be very popular, but I'm pretty sure he's done with electoral politics after 1/20/17.

I meant as far as leading on policies. Curing cancer seems to be the big one right now. Veteran affairs, foreign policy overall would also be great for him.

We don't need to hide him away the way the (R)s hide Dick Cheney.

Maybe we should have a special election, like the special Olympics, for those who want to play candidate.

Now I'm curious what the latest is for any candidate to have entered the race. Trivia.

An independent can't wait much longer than that because of filing deadlines to appear on the ballot.

Eight years of Biden was enough. Time for someone else, hopefully Bernie or Martin.
